Agreement

By creating an account or using Talmero, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Talmero is a personal knowledge and memory application that lets you capture notes (text and voice), organize them with AI-powered themes, search your content, and have AI-assisted conversations about your notes. The service is currently free during early access.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you create — notes, recordings, conversations, and any other content. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

AI Features

Talmero uses AI (via OpenAI) for chat, search, transcription, theme classification, and content organization. You should know:

—AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete. Verify before relying on them.
—AI features process content through third-party APIs (see Privacy Policy).
—Talmero is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

—Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content.
—Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
—Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
—Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
—Share your account credentials.

Account Termination

Delete your account at any time by contacting support@talmero.com. All data is permanently removed upon deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

Talmero is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During early access, we may make significant changes based on user feedback.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talmero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or CHF 100 if no payments were made).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
